Too often, we are in a battle with ourselves, always trying to look better than the next. Comparing ourselves everyday to what we see online or on television. Too often, we are our worst critics. We must remember, beauty comes from within.

To be absolutely flawless is such a fantasy, because as humans, we are all flawed. 

Here’s how you know you are beautiful, inside and out. Ask yourself, are you kind to everyone around you? Do you look out for others in need? Are you a good friend, mother, father, daughter, son, husband or wife? Do you truly care about the well-being of everyone you come in contact with, whether its mutual or not?
